Harvest Stomp! at Stonewall Creek

Celebrate a tradition that dates to 6,000 B.C. in "the other Georgia" --  Harvest Stomp! at Stonewall Creek Vineyards in our North Georgia Mountains.  Stomp grapes and step onto the back of souvenir T-shirt, taste wines with souvenir logo wine goblet, enjoy a wine cocktail and take in the mountain and vineyard views while listening to the music of popular Athens surf band, The Flamethrowers.  Remember the famous grape stomping scene from 1950's sitcom "I Love Lucy"?  Awards given for Outstanding Costume and Outstanding Stomping.  (Lucille compared her first steps onto the grapes as "stepping on eyeballs.")  Winery Greeter Max encourages donations (cash / canned or dry food) for local no-kill animal shelter --PAWS 4 Life.  Bring a picnic or purchase food on site.  (Bring a T-shirt for children who stomp grapes.)
