Saturdays at Tiger Mountain

Saturday, August 7, 2010 - 11:00am

Tiger Mountain Vineyards is open from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturdays. Come to the winery for barrel room tastings and sample local and gourmet cheeses. After your tasting, our vineyards are always open for a stroll, or enjoy some time relaxing under the oak trees of our picnic area.

First Fridays at Yonah Mountain Vineyards

Friday, August 6, 2010 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm

First Friday is the night when all the merchants at Sautee Village (Yonah Mountain Vineyards, InsideOut Sautee, Elfmade Wooden Toys) stay open late.  We offer light appetizers, fine wine, live music and good company.  You bring your instrument, a picnic and a friend.

Beginning around 6:00, First Friday lasts until about 9:00, or until folks go home.

Tour de la Cave & Barrel Tasting

Saturday, August 14, 2010 - 12:00pm

Join winemaker Joe Smith for a tour of Georgia's only wine cave followed by a barrel tasting of future Yonah Mountain Vineyards vintages. The Tour de la Cave gives you the opportunity to visit the Yonah Mountain Vineyards vineyards, located near Cleveland. Afterwards, you'll convene at the tasting room in Sautee-Nacoochee for a full tasting led by Joe and Tina.
The third Saturday of each month.

Tours begin at 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.

Rosé Release at Tiger Mountain

Saturday, August 14, 2010 - 2:00pm - 5:00pm

 Celebrate Tiger Mountain Vineyards' first Rosé - a pink wine made from Cabernet Franc and Viognier grapes!

Join us for a sliders party with live music on the patio, Saturday, Aug. 14, 2 to 5 p.m. Enjoy chilled rosé with cocktail mini-burgers, gourmet condiments and local cheeses. Admission, $15 per person.

Wine Song

Saturday, August 14, 2010 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Wine Song, a summer celebration of wine, food and music, is held the second Saturday of each month. Wine Song offers a featured musician or musical group and food pairings to compliment Yonah Mountain Vineyards wines, which are sold by the glass and by the bottle. Crush Fest at Yonah Mountain Vineyards

Saturday, September 4, 2010 - 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Plan to spend your Labor Day Weekend celebrating Yonah Mountain Vineyards' first grape harvest on Saturday, September 4.  Crush Fest will feature grape stomping a la Lucille Ball, wagon tours of the vineyard, winery and cave tours.    Admission:  General $15, Designated Driver $5, 16 and under free.  Admission includes all of the above, plus wine samples, a tasting glass, music all day, vendors and craftspeople.  Great local food will be available. Winter Wine Highway 2010
