Spring wine dinner at the Red Barn, featuring award winning Chef Jamie Allred's fresh herb crusted rack of lamb with bleu cheese potato gratin with a Norton lamb jus - served with Tiger Mountain's 2006 Norton Reserve, winner of a silver medal in the 2012 San Francisco Chronicle Competition.
