Yonah Mountain Vineyards

As one Northeast Georgia's newest vineyards and winery, Yonah Mountain Vineyards strives to produce the highest quality wine that will provide both a remarkable drinking experience as well as an incredible source of pride for those involved in its making. The vineyard, nestled on the southeast side of Yonah Mountain, is planted with Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Ten locally made wines are poured, sold and offered for tasting at our elegant but relaxed tasting room in Sautee-Nacoochee. Yonah Mountain Vineyards and its sister label Serenity Cellars are tied together by winemaker Joe Smith. Smith strives to create classic, world class wines under the Yonah Mountain Vineyards label and uses his creative expertise to craft Serenity Cellars wines.  We invite you to stop by the tasting room in Sautee to experience and enjoy Georgia's finest wines.

Wine tastings are offered year round. The first Friday of each month (May through October) features live music, appetizers and extended hours.  Tour de la Cave & Barrel Samplings are scheduled the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.  Contact the tasting room for details, 706-878-5522.

A full wine tasting includes a pour of all available wines and the Yonah Mountain Vineyards glass for $10.00. A pour of your choice of 4 out of 10 wines is available for $4.00; the $4.00 fee is waived with a wine purchase.
